Kate Winslet was awarded with the actor Kenneth Graham with OBE delivered by Queen Elizabeth II.





For his contributions to the arts, Kate Winslet was awarded with the actor Kenneth Graham with OBE delivered by Queen Elizabeth II.


Both were included in the Birthday Honours List of the Queen, released today.


Winslet won the Oscar in 2009 for "The Reader" (a secret passion) and rose to stardom in 1997 to embody the main character Rose in "Titanic," said he was "very proud to be British."


"I am surprised and honored to meet with so many men and women who did great things for our country," said the star of 36 years.
